Leadership myth #3 : Leadership is just a work thing!

Leadership is an exhaustively studied domain but the mastery of it still seems to be dangling just out of our grasp. Why? Because we are trying to break it down like other branches of knowledge to make finite learning nuggets that can be consumed as necessary. Leadership, like say happiness is profound but is abstract, unique and is to each his own.
